Alcohol Mixed With Water Can Be Used To Clean Lcd Tv ?
hello ,
what is the right substance that can be used to clean lcd tv besides water ? ,
can i use water mixed with alcohol to clean my lcd tv ? .
And last question - i bought a cleaning product of a company called procare which is specified to be used for lcd amongst other things , i went to the company website and there was no memory of the specification of the product material - what should i do ? , can i use the product ? .

Just use a microfiber cloth, dubbed with some water as needed.
Alcohol is bad for all TVs.

When it comes to cleaning LCD screens, the best thing to do is buy some cleaning product that is made specifically for LCD screens. Normal cleaning products are a bad idea, along with excessive amounts of alcohol, since there have been cases of it eating away at the screen’s material. Water can also be a bad idea since it can sometimes contain small electrical ions or other agents that can harm the screen. That’s why they make special cleaning formulas.
Most of those formulas are made of deionized and purified water with a very, very small amount of alcohol.

Buy some deionized water and mix the alcohol to a 50% mixture. Then get some micro-fiber cloths from the hardware store or good sized grocery store and use this to spritz your screen and gently wipe.
