Can You Use A Lcd Rear Projection Tv In Place Of A Computer Monitor?
I have heard that you can use a regular LCD TV in place of a computer monitor. Does the same apply for LCD Rear Projection TVs? Can they be used in place of computer monitors?

Some new TVs come with a computer port. So LOOK for the familiar 15 pin D type connector before you BUY.
Yes, you can use a TV in place of a regular monitor if it have that port. If you project it on the ceiling, you can use your computer in the comfort of your bed.
Good luck and Happy Computing!

YES! you can even use a regular old analog t.v. I use my old 27″ for DDR or stepmania. My graphics card has a T.V. out and displays on both my monitor and my old t.v. or if I want, just the t.v. It’s great for DDR but not very good as a replacement monitor, hard to read, too blurry and pixilated.
