Do I Need To Break In My New Lcd Tv?
I just bought a new Sharp Aquos 32" LCD TV. I've heard that I need to lower the contrast and brightness of the TV for the first 100 hours to achieve optimal performance. Is this true? And is there something more I have to do?

Negative there good buddy. LCD displays do not have a break in period. The back light lamp life will be reduced with higher brightness settings however. Be sure to turn on the optical sensor and allow the set to adjust itself to the room light. You bought a good set. I own several.

From what I been told is not to have the britness all the way up do to the life of the bulb will be cut down considerably. Watch the warrenty not all cover the replacing of the bulb.
