Hooking A Desktop Computer Up To An Lcd Tv?
I have an LCD tv and I am hoping to get a new desktop computer. My tv has an HDMI input and obviously the computer will too. Now can I hook a desktop up to the tv through HDMI without using the computers screen also? If this is possible I would also need to know what I would need to buy.

all you will need is a adapter that converts from dvi on your video card to hdmi on your tv , the adapter is as low as 10$ is some places

I have a 37in LCD and I use the VGA input for video and a double male speaker cord for sound so that way I have my HDMI’s for things like XBOX 360 and PS3

with the right pc just the cable. the pc needs to have an hdmi output
