How Do I Get My Dell Laptop To Send A Signal Through My S-video Output To My Lcd Tv?
I have tried hitting the LCD/CRT function key but it does not seem to send out a signal to my LCD TV.

I’m assuming you are running windows XP. Right click on the desktop, click properties, select the settings tab, Click on monitor 2, click extend my desktop onto this montor and then set the resolution.

The TV needs to be on the video source. After that, just plug in the connecters, and it should work fine.
