How Do I Repair An Lcd Tv With Smudge Marks?
I bought an lcd tv off from Craigslist yesterday and when I got it home I noticed these smudge marks on the screen. I took my LCD screen cleaner to it, and low-n-behold they are still there. How would I repair this and could I do this on my own?
Please don't reply with "you shouldn't have bought the tv" or "buy a new tv" I need answers, not dumb comments.

try wetting a clean rag with alcohol, that might work.

Sometimes LCD screen cleaner just won’t cut through really greasy stuff or smudges.
You could try getting some window cleaner (without ammonia in it) spray it on a soft towel and gently try wipe the spot (I would try this on a corner just in case first).
I’ve had to do this on really NASTY looking Laptop LCD screens – particularly ones where employees have touched the screens a lot or it’s apparent the employee was using their laptop where it got exposed to airborne oil from cooking.
