Im Not Sure What Type Of Vga Cable I Need To Connect My Laptop To New Lcd Tv – Any Ideas Please?
I have just purchased a Hitachi LCD TV ( 32ld30ua ) and it says it has a VGA connection to connect PCs/laptops to the TV. I wish to purchase a lead but there are so many im not sure what type I need. I would appreciate any advice as I want to buy from Ebay but have no idea which one to buy. Thank you in advance

VGA is VGA. Your choice is length and quality. Have a look at the link below and remember you still need to hook up the audio.
Personally, I’d buy from a place like the link over ebay. They have free shipping and a return policy. If you want any quality, don’t get the cheapest cable.

Yep VGA is VGA
it is a bit of call 5 pounds for a 5m or
30 odd pounds for a 2m Belkin one at PC world or Maplin
The cheap one will work.
There can be a quality difference, but at 5 pounds its probably worth the risk. (but at least buy from a UK source). If you dont like it, then see if you can borrow/test a good one.. and justiffy the difference. – maybe take the ‘ebay one’ to the shop and do it there on one of their big screens (in pcworld)?http://shop.ebay.co.uk/?_from=R40&_trksi…http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/5m-VGA-15-pin-Cabl…
