Indian Airport Customs Duty On Lcd Tv?
I am Dinesh working in singapore and planning to visit india. I like to bring one 32 inch LCD tv with me, worth 30k. I saw this point in www.cbec.gov.in : "The goods over and above the free allowances of 25K shall be chargeable to customs duty @ 35%"

Since my TV is around 30K, should i pay customs duty at chennai airport for the entire 30K or only for the excess 5K (30K-25K) ?
