definitely xbox 360 still has amazing graphics on any TV but i must admit it is better on a wide screen TV

Go ahead and get it. The 360 looks fine on a regular TV. Think of HD TV has a luxury. You don’t need it, but it’s nice to have it.

it still looks good on a 29″ i happen to be in the same boat as you. i bought my 360 and games. but i am wait to get a tv seein ghow flat panals are still high in price

The 360 is worth it without a hd screen, the arcade games alone are worth it. And yeah it looks ok, but The PS3 is having some real serious networking probloms, and therefore I have to recomend the 360.

Yes it’s still worth it but i’d honestly advise you to get a PS3 no faults at all and xbox can’t be kept on for like 48 houres without getting burnt and apparently the PS3 can stay on up to 6 months without any damage being caused.

only downside is that some things may be blurry / unreadable.
what you can do is buy a adapter to hook your 360 to your computer monitor if its lcd, and it will be hi def. (thats how i use mine)
(PS3 is massively effected by non hd)
what the guy says below me is bull, i left my 360 on for 3 weeks and no issues but my ps3 burns up in a few hours melting any plastic behind those heatsink direct fans.
