sony bravia’s are excellent TVs. however, you will pay top dollar. there are other brands, such as samsung, lg, or sharp that offer great picture and performance for a more affordable price. it all depends on your wallet. if money is no object…go with the sony. if you want to spend less, than go with samsung, lg, or sharp. stay away from the cheapo brands like olevia, dynex, westinghouse, sylvania, sanyo, akai, vizio, AOC, polaroid, Emerson, viore, etc.
I would say that Samsung LCD TV is much better and much effective then other models. Another best thing with this is that it is 100% for eye. I am in use of Samsung LCD TV and I know it features are outstanding. I placed my order from Retailsdirect.com. So if you wish check out: http://www.retailsdirect.com/ProductList…
I think you should go for the former because in terms of quality no one can compare with SONY BRAVIA. I suggest you stay away from cheaper options as they won’t give you the picture quality of a SONY.
i have a Panasonic 50inch and play ps3 on it with no fear of image burn.its a plasma but i could not be happier.just make sure you ask for full high definition and what you want to connect to it.
not all bravia are made equal. some are much better than others (price usually indicates this)
at lower price points other brands are better value (some would argue at ALL price points)

the Bravia looks awesome.. I got a 47 inch LG and regret it now when I go to best buy and see how nice the Bravia looks with “motion flow” technology.
