Is there some kind of formula for that?We have the tv in a built in bookcase but he thinks there needs to be a certain amount of space between the tv and the shelf above it.   We are buying a new 46" LCD and according to specs it is 30" high.  Does the shelf above it need to be a certain amount of inches so that the tv does not overheat.</p>
