Will I Be Able To Use My Roof Top Antenna With My Samsung Lcd Tv After The Digital Transition?
I have a 32" Samsung LCD TV. I can view HD channels with my roof top antenna presently. I am assuming that means that I do not need a converter box, however, if I am wrong please advise me otherwise. Will I still be able to use my roof top antenna after the transition to digital. We don't want to pay for cable or Satellite. We like local television.

You are correct you do not need a converter box.
What they don’t say in those public service announcements about digital tv is that if your T.V. has a digital tuner, you don’t need a converter box.
Your Samsung tv already has a digital tuner, that’s you’re able to get HD channels.
And also, there is no such thing as a digital antenna. An antenna is an antenna, the one you have should be fine.
